Im Henry DeVilliers the inventor of the Spike Devil Tire deflation products. For over 40 years i have been designing traffic safety products for police aganicies. My work has taken me all over the world, and has shown me many issues, where i have developed products, solutions and helped write training programs for police agancies.

Spikes,are a product, that has many concerns, I did not want to design nor market, a product designed for ease of use at the expense of safety. I thought I could address the safety issues, and do so here in this website.

In our websites, we provide recomendations for use of Spikes’, we focus on protective cover and concealment and an affordable system of repurposing your old Strips into new trainers. We market our products via Police equipment distributors, which helps keep the dollor in your State.

Spike Devil products are made for U.S. Police agencies and the issues they address. In the USA, we use many companies in the Texas Hill Country area, to make our parts. Our products are modern design, and thus affordable.

I have to give thanks to two of my mentors, Trooper Don Kilgrow (Utah Highway Patrol Retired) Shown above with me and his wife Linda. Also Engineer Mel Pederson, co-inventor and designer of the Stinger Spikes. Because of them, I know what i do about Spikes, and have traveled the world, promoting the Spike concept for Traffic and security use.
